RESEPI OREO CHEESECAKE




Hi Guys...today i would like to share a delicious recipe that i made a few weeks ago. Believe me this recipe will not make u fail. sbbnyer ia sgt mudah...no flour, cocoa powder or even butter ( but still use laa sbb tuk wat base)...pastu if u dont have electric mixer at home..x yah guna pon x per....but yg paling best adalah recipe ini jd murah so x perlu beli kat secret recipe yg mhl tu....cost nk beli pon lebih kurang rm75 kan?

so here's the recipe

Crust base:- (i use loose base pan 8-inch)
  • 200gm of Oreo cookies - cream removed  (approximately 1 1/2 packet)
  • 50gm melted butter
Filing :-
  • 500gm cream cheese or 2 pkg (i use Philladelphia cream cheese but if too expensive u can use Tatura cream cheese -cost about rm6.59 per pkg)
  • 110gm or 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs 
  • 150ml whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 15 Oreo cookies - coarsely chop
Make it:-
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160C) if using a silver 8-inch springform pan; heat to 300 F (150C) if using a dark, nonstick springform pan.
  2. Line/Cake Base: Place 200gm of cookies in food processor or blender until finely ground. (if u dont have these 2 equipments, u can place this cookies in a resealable plastic bag by rolling with a rolling pin across the bag until finely crush). Place crushed cookis in a bowl and add melted butter. mix it well then press onto bottom of pan. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.  
  3. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended. Then add whipping cream and lemon juice. 
  4. Gently stir the chopped cookies into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour over prepared crust.
  6. Bake 45-50 min (in water bath). or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.

      Aunt Annie's Soft Pretzels Recipe



      Alhamdulillah.....akhirnya sy berjaya buat pretzel yg hampir sama taste dan rupa....sebelum ini sy gagal buat sbb sy telah menggunakan tepung yang salah...sy g pki tepung roti plokss doh...so jd keras keretung pastu ala2 susah nk gigit...nanges u klu gigit...hehe..pastu sy nekad nk wat resepi yg susah skit n liat2 so sy jumpa website ni  Aunt Annie's Soft Pretzels ..x ckup lagi sy search kat utube tuk dpt ilham and ilmu yg lebih..hehe..

      so apa lagi jomlaa cuba...sy dh berjaya..rasanya sedap...tp klu dpt cecah ngn caramel souce lagi sedap...tp i mls laa nk buat...hehe..



      Ingredients:
      1 1/2 cup warm water
      1 1/8 teaspoon active dry yeast
      2 tablespoons brown sugar (pki gula biasa jerk)
      1 1/8 teaspoon salt
      1 cup bread flour (tak guna pon pki regular flour gaks)
      3 cups regular flour
      2 cups Warm water
      2 tablespoons baking soda
      to taste coarse salt
      4 tablespoons butter (melted)



      Directions:
      Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water in mixing bowl; stir to dissolve. Add sugar, salt and stir to dissolve; add flour and knead dough until smooth and elastic. Let rise at least 1/2 hour.

      While dough is rising, prepare a baking soda water bath with 2 cups warm water and 2 Tbsp baking soda. Be certain to stir often. After dough has risen, pinch off bits of dough and roll into a long rope* (about 1/2 inch or less thick) and shape. Dip pretzel in soda solution and place on greased baking sheet. Allow pretzels to rise again. Bake in 450 oven for about 10 minutes or until golden. Brush with melted butter and enjoy!

      Toppings: after you brush with butter try sprinkling with coarse salt. or for Auntie Anne's famous Cinnamon Sugar, try melting a stick of butter in a shallow bowl (big enough to fit the entire pretzel) and in another shallow bowl make a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Dip the pretzel into the butter, coating both sides generously. Then dip again into the cinnamon mixture. Enjoy!

      Resepi Biskut Famous Amos

      haa...sempena nk raya Cina ni...jom kita try buat biskut famous amos ni...sy dpt recipe ni dr kwn office...tp act dh ramai yg share melalui internet ni....so klu rajin try laa....

      kat cni sy bg gmbr ingredient dan biskut yg sy dah buat untuk raya tahun lepas

      Bahan-bahan
      2 cups butter
      4 cups flour
      2 tsp. baking soda
      2 cups granulated sugar
      2 cups brown sugar
      5 cups blended oatmeal (measure oatmeal and blend in blender to a fine powder)
      24 oz. chocolate chips
      1 tsp. salt
      18 oz. Cadbury bar (grated)
      4 eggs
      2 tsp. baking powder
      3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)
      2 tsp. vanilla




      Cara-cara
      1. cream the butter and both sugars.
      2. Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt,baking powder, and soda.
      3. Add chocolate chips,Cadbury bar and nuts.
      4. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.. bake for 10
      5. minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 122 cookies...

      Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

      As salam...

      hari sabtu yg agak dingin...tak buat apa2 pon...just duduk n tgk tv...but pas zohor plan nk jln2 kat Angsana...accompany my mother yg nk cr baju....hehe almaklumlaa sabtu ni ade rancangan nk berholiday kat Melaka...pulun u..

      so hari ni sy nk update resepi kegemaran sy yg amat mudah...western punyaa daaa...sgt mudah, sedap, dan senang......klu bg mak2 n ayah2 kita pon diorg boleh mkn sbb tak terlalu muak....kkdg ni org2 tua ni mana laa nk mkn western food sgt...mcm2 kang kuar dr mulut diorg cam muntah kucing laa...cam makanan terbuang laaa.....ahahha mcm2 kelako pon ada...so here's the recipe...selamat mencuba!!.

      Bahan-bahan

      1) Pasta (spagetti) jenama San Remo
      2) Olive oil --> pki yg classico jerk.. nk yg extra virgin ke light pon boleh..optional
      3) bawang putih--> haa yg ni kene ksi byk yerk..ini yng menyumbang rencah rasa
      4) udang @ sotong..@apa2 la mknn laut yg enak dimkn...tp jgn berlebih lakss high cholestrol yer
      5) button mushroom (pki jenama Rex) ada tanda halal dr JAKIM
      6) kiub ayam
      7) lada kecil or lada kering--> sy pki lada kecil sbb nk pedas kow2 haw Liau...hehe
      8) fresh parsley --> i use dried parsley instead of fresh parsley.....mls nk beli sbb nk pki skit jerk
      9) garam secukup rasa
      10) white or blackpaper



      Cara-caranya


      tumis garlic dan cili yg ditumbuk bersama olive oil (cincang biasa pon ok!) then masukan udang n mushroom, agak2 dah msak gedikss2..masukkan kuib ayam n garam..tambah air sedikit (pki air rebusan pasta lagi bagus)..pastu..masukkan pasta yg telah direbus...gaul...gaul...then baru letak parsley flakes...pastu letak laa blackpaper ke kasi pedas ckit..pastu DONE...

      p/s: sy ni x pndi nk bg accurate punya quantity..biasa campak2 n anggar2 jerk..so sy bg bhn ajek..so byk ke ckit anda yg tentukan..jgn lupa baca bismilah n selawat sebelum masak yer...insyaAllah masakan kita akan sedap....

      yg ni 1st pasta yg sy cuba...tp sy add brokoli.....nmpk sedap x?

      mikroOVEN baru.....!!


      yes...yes...yes...akhirnya...dpt jugak sy beli oven ini....brand doesn't matter..asalkan murah dan berbaloi...itu dh ckup memadai bg sy yg masih bujang....hehe...punyalaa lama u nk dptkan oven ni...ckp kt mak jerk nk beli tp x beli2...pastu nekad pas dpt bonus mesti beli...terus cri..tp biasalah nk murah2 jer so semua tesco n jusco sy masuk....ahaha pdhal harga sama jerk..


      ini fasa baru tuk mbuatkan sy lebih bersemangat utk masak memasak walaupon sy ni x lah bape pandai memasak..janji sy mencuba....hehe..tp x kn semua masakan nk msk pki oven pulakss...jakun ke hape...hehe

      sebenarnya inilaa kali pertama sy menghasilkan blog..sebelum ni sy benci baca blog...tp setelah sy berjaya buat cake dr blog kak ummi..sy terus jatuh chenta dgn blog..dan sy menjdi rajin baca blog...blog masakan.....ahahah byk inspirasi dan idea baru...selain itu of coz www.youtube.com..sumber kedua sy tuk cr bahan ilmiah tuk masakan

      jadi lepasni kawan2 boleh laa melihat resepi dn masakan yg berjaya sy msk..sy akan cuba kongsikan di cni....hehe
